3 THINGS YOU'LL WANT TO DO THIS SPRING

As much as I love the cosiness of Winter, there's no much more fun season to make a little to do-list than Spring. Since I've been forced to spend more time at home this year, I've been itching to get out of the house and into the sun. I'll most likely be whale-sized for the majority of the season, so I can't wait to at least cross these super fun classics off my list asap...

Needless to say, I'm not much of a party girl these days (9pm bedtime, remember?), but this most recent hype in at-home party land is definitely something I can get behind: the pamper party! The basic idea is that instead of making food you prepare all kinds of yummy beauty treatments - skin food, so to speak. Apart from my beloved honey oatmeal face scrub and avocado hair mask, my newest selfmade beauty obsession is a grapefruit sugar body scrub. As you know, I've been MAJORLY craving grapefruit throughout my pregnancy, so the other day I thought it'd be fun to also incorporate it into my beauty routine (since it's known for its fighting powers against free radicals, among many other health benefits)! I just combine 200 g of unrefined sugar with the juice of 1/2 grapefruit, 1 tsp of honey, and 2-3 tbsp of avocado oil (depending on how thick you like it to be). Mix well and rub into damp skin in the shower. Rinse it off and apply a hydrating moisturiser for the softest baby skin!

What's a better way to celebrate the season of new beginnings than falling madly in love? Whether it's with your office crush, love of your life or these bow-embellished metallic pumps (I mean, come on!), embrace that feeling of anything's possible and just go with it! And if it doesn't work out? Having fun doesn't necessarily involve 2!

I've been on board with açaï hype from day 1, when I tasted it in sunny Brazil. I've had many versions since then (for breakfast and afternoon snacking), and now I finally have a favourite one that's just as good for breakfast as it is for desert - and everything in between. Put 250 ml unsweetened soy milk, 150 ml coconut milk, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 200 g frozen raspberries, a dozen fresh blueberries, 2 tsp açaï powder, and 1 tsp chia seed into a blender, and mix well. Put the ice cold mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite granola, some sliced banana, and chopped nuts. So yummy!
