Since London is one of my favourite cities to explore, I always jump at the chance to pay a visit. So when the sweet Michael Kors himself invited us over for a very special night of pink treats in London to celebrate the launch of his new fragrance, Sexy Ruby, we didn't have to think twice. Little did we know the night would be even more memorable than we anticipated, including cocktails at a breathtaking location and scones like you've never had them before. A little recap!
We arrived to a cloudy & rainy London (naturally :)), but as we went up to the iconic London Eye for cocktails, I was surprised with how clear our view of the city appeared. From the Big Ben to all the pretty little bridges - it was honestly so inspiring! I really loved my fresh green deux-pièce from Tibi (such a nice change from a traditional cocktail dress, don't you think?), that I paired with white Zara slingbacks (have been wearing these to death), a black bucket bag from Cafuné and pinky nails (O.P.I. It's Pink P.M.). It made me feel sexy & comfy all night long, a rare combo!
The next day, we set off to explore beautiful London, in a cosy grey Michael Kors knitted deux-pièce (which made me super excited for Fall! :)), vamped up with red lips, white sunnies, and Anissa Kermiche statement earrings. In the afternoon, we fully embraced one of my favourite British traditions, afternoon high tea at Claridge's - the Michael Kors way! Think raspberry-filled macarons with rose petals, apricot pastries (all directly referring to the Sexy Ruby fragrance), the fluffiest scones you ever did see and Sexy Ruby biscuits of course. I chatted with the perfume's muses, Serayah, Martha & Soo Joo, who were ridiculously pretty and equally nice, and we naturally bonded over the pink treats. :)
And the best for last: we ended the evening with cocktails at the Tate Modern, and a reunion with Michael Kors himself! Once more, the theme of the night was sultry pink, including delicately sweet cocktails, sexy dancers, and an irresistible soundtrack. Such fun!
Thanks so much for having me, Michael Kors! Can't wait for our next reunion :)
