We just came back from a city trip London and let me tell you guys one thing: we had the BEST time. We walked around, we had amazing food, we went shopping and just enjoyed all the Christmas magic around London. I can highly recommend visiting London in end of November, as all the Christmas lights are on but it’s not that crowded yet as in December. We stayed at the hotel Four Season Ten Trinity Square, which is super close to the London Tower bridge and is honestly one of the most beautiful historical hotels ever! We loved staying there: our room was amazing ( plenty of space, gorgeous furniture and…. what’s not to love about a golden bathroom :)), the service was incredible (we’d receive little chocolate treats in our room every day) and they are super baby friendly ( little baby gifts, crib, baby slippers,… and at the end of our trip everybody knew Gabriel’s name). We also had dinner at Mei Ume, their Asian restaurant ( it’s a mix of Chinese and Japanese cuisine) and we ate the best sushi ever and drank the most delicious cocktails!
We honestly ate at a lot of incredible places and most of them are really baby friendly. For healthy food we loved Tibits ( it’s vegetarian buffet style) and Rovi ( the corn ribs are so good!). Also: you have to go for afternoon tea at Sketch, so much fun and it’s really a one of a kind experience! The best dessert I ate at Amaranto, it’s called Sette Peccati and it was soooo delicious! Think of chocolate sponge, caramel filling, mixed berries, … Mmm, so yummy!

To end our trip we moved to the Four Season Park Lane hotel, as it was closer to the shopping areas of Mayfair and Oxford street. Definitely try their spa, as it has this amazing panoramic view all over the city ( and the treatments are divine).

As for shopping… we took Gabriel to Hamleys, the biggest toy store in the world and he was soooo excited… he picked out a teddy bear and he got so happy. We also visited Harrods, which was magical… such a must during Christmas season! I really hope you enjoy the photo’s and I wish you all an amazing week! Xo Sofie

Christmas fashion is my favorite! All people wear cute costumes and decorate houses and here you can buy tickets https://best-vegas.com/best-shows/ for Christmas shows because Christmas performances are shown in the theater. Merry Christmas.

I spent Xmas in London this year at my husband's family, and yes xmas is magical there! We also wanted to eat at Tibits, but unfortunately we found it closed. But I will remember to go next time since you also recommended it. I also suggest a great vegan place. Deliciously Ella's Deli just off Oxford street. Great location, nice and cozy interior and great food. cheers
