I'm a huuuge fan of the transparant trend (remember?) so yep, the Jean Paul Gaultier Couture FW18-19 show was totally my thing! From 'Free the Nipple' bustiers to maxi printed capes: the message was pretty, eh, clear. And even apart from these pieces the entire collection was so powerful & bold. I loved all the feather-inspired details, such as the feathered bustier dress & matching gloves, and the white dress with ruffled edges. Flying without wings: it's o so easy in these yummy designs!
I went for an equally bossy look in a bustier topped suit from Elenareva, metallic Dior sandals and a Dior pouch. It honestly made me feel to confident, I love when an outfit does that! And of course I was inspired by JPG's iconic bustier perfume bottle (that recently regained lots of attention thanks to a certain Kardashian whose newest fragrance appeared to have a pretty similar bottle :)). It was either the bustier thing or stripes haha. Anyways, I felt super inspired after the show and ready to kick ass!
What are your thoughts on this bold collection? Thanks for having me, Jean Paul Gaultier!
