Here's a bit of a confession: no matter how crazy hectic the September Fashion Month is, I always get a bit emotional when it's coming to an end. So I was very happy when my friends from the Coveteur offered to document me getting ready for the last big show of PFW, that of Louis Vuitton. We met up before the crack of down to enjoy our last baguettes and croissants together, and to pick out that final outfit - a mini black-and-white dress with sequined sleeves (that I looooved), tough ankle booties and a bright red bag (all LV of course :)). As for hair & make-up, we decided on my fave tousled bob with a side part, a classic copper beauty look, and my fave pink nail polish (O.P.I It's Pick P.M.).
And you guys, THE LV SHOW!! My expectations were very high, and Nicolas Ghesquière's collection (officially my hero since he made me swoon in Rio not too long ago) again totally blew me away. In between the flowy fabrics, stern shoulder pads, golden military jackets, electric blue leather, and bold cut-outs, I just wanted it all, and right now. No wonder that the genius swap of bags for phone cases got almost as much attention as the front row beauties, such as Léa Seydoux and Michelle Williams. The gorgeous beauty looks featuring a smokey cat eye in poppy colours was just the icing on the cake. Thanks so much to the Coveteur and LV for making this ending of the PFW so spectacularly beautiful! :)
Stay tuned for my PFW round-up later this week!
