MY CHIA PUDDING RECIPE

I’m really a huge morning person and I always like to take my time to wake up and have my breakfast with a large hot cup of tea. Sometimes I make an omelet, pancakes, a large fruit bowl,…. But when I really don’t have any time in the morning, I go for Chia Pudding. It’s not only super healthy ( and trendy at the moment) it’s also ready in less than 5 minutes! At night I prepare my breakfast for the next morning: I use 1/3 cup of Chia seeds and add 1,5 cups of almond milk on top. I shake everything up with a big spoon, cover it up and leave it in the fridge the entire night. The next morning it’s ready and the only thing you need to do is add some fruits and nuts on top. I also like to add a splash of honey to make it a bit sweeter but of course you can top it off with whatever you like!
