I've enjoyed this past week so much! Constant pouring rain in Paris aside (no kidding, though), it was a blissful mix of inspiring street style, amazing runway looks, catching up with friends, and yummy food. I'm super happy to have experienced it with my tiny plus one, and can't wait to start the real baby preparations during the upcoming weeks. Hope these 3 little things get you off to a great weekend: a new pattern trend that's playful and sophisticated, a daring hair style that's suddenly so IT in Hollywood, and the jeans that still actually fits me these days...

I've been a fan of the gingham trend since I wore this open-shoulder dress during London Fashion Week in September 2016. It's one of the most versatile prints out there, with the potential of being paired with just about any other playful pattern (such as leopard, as pictured above). I spotted this cute embroidered version from Zara this week, and love how crips it looks when paired with a simple white shirt. As long as this weather continues to make us blue, we might as well go ahead and buy some extra summer-y pieces! Any excuse...

I seem to have a slight obsession with Kristen Stewart's hair, and I think I know why: she just look so damn good with every hair style she tries! I was already crushing on Amandla Stenberg's buzz cut when I saw her Dazed cover shoot, and now it's officially one of my favourite hair trends of the year so far. I'd probably regret it as soon as I did it, but I admire how powerful and badass it looks - perfect for celebrating this week's International Women's Day!

Finding cute denim that fits around my baby bump has been such a struggle for me (so far, I have found a grand total of 1), but for the Dior FW17 show I suddenly had an AHA-moment when I found this pair of Levi's ... from the men's collection! Yesss! I love the cropped fit and cut-off edges, and it's super comfy around my belly. Totally feeling my girl Ciara who went with a pair of washed Levi's for her gorgeous Harper's Bazaar shoot. Not sure if I'll be able to pull this off much longer, but right now, I'm wearing them around the clock!
